Treasury and M&A Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor company cash and liquidity management to ensure sufficient funding for operations
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and support working capital management
• Manage local FX hedging strategies by analyzing exposures and executing transactions
• Prepare the annual consolidated treasury budget and support financial planning
• Maintain relationships with local and international banks and negotiate terms
• Improve and redesign treasury reporting processes through automation and efficiency
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage for assets and manage related claims
• Evaluate the financial performance of potential M&A targets during due diligence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, consulting, or financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with PowerPoint for financial presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in Business Administration or in Banking & Finance
