Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers in MXN and USD
• Prepare and process bank payment files and ensure timely completion
• Monitor daily bank account activity and consolidate monthly reports
• Support bank reconciliations in coordination with the accounting department
• Track cash inflows and outflows to support forecasting and liquidity planning
• Manage intercompany loan transactions and financing-related payments
• Prepare reports regarding monthly disbursements, bank activity, and interest income
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and maintain proper transaction documentation
• Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements

• Major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with Oracle experience preferred
• Experience working with audit and tax processes and external auditors
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
