Treasury Analyst, Regulatory Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee daily customer fund segregation and secured amount calculations to ensure CFTC compliance
• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple accounts for withdrawals and margin requirements
• Review, approve, and release wire transfers in accordance with established controls and treasury policies
• Lead exchange and clearinghouse margin funding activities, including variation and initial margin movements
• Monitor liquidity exposures and recommend actions to optimize cash utilization and mitigate risk
• Maintain accurate records of cash movements, collateral balances, and treasury activity
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and examinations related to treasury operations
• Partner with Accounting, Compliance, and external banking partners to ensure compliant processes

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or regulatory operations within a regulated financial institution
• Direct experience with customer protection or reserve-style calculations (CFTC segregation, SEC Rule 15c3-3)
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, and wire controls
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong control mindset and understanding of segregation of duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience preparing daily segregation computations within an FCM
• Familiarity with CFTC Regulations §1.20–1.32
• Experience with regulatory reporting platforms like NFA WinJammer or FINRA FOCUS
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation
• Experience with exchanges, clearinghouses, or collateral management
