Treasury Analyst Jr

Responsibilities

• Register and process material and service invoices in the system, ensuring correct fiscal classification.
• Validate purchase orders and ensure information compliance for invoice processing.
• Analyze and apply tax withholdings on service invoices in accordance with current legislation.
• Support suppliers by answering queries regarding tax withholdings, documentation, and processing status.
• Assist internal departments in resolving inconsistencies related to the fiscal receipt of goods and services.
• Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Comply with all company policies regarding Safety, Health, Environment, and Business Integrity.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Previous experience in a similar treasury or fiscal role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
