About the role

Responsibilities

  • Apply consultative sales and relationship management to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions.
  • Manage client sales inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and implementation to ensure timely responses.
  • Conduct sales discussions to introduce innovative products, share industry trends, and foster proactive client engagement.
  • Identify client needs and drive acquisition strategies to grow the client portfolio through the Client Management Process (CMP).
  • Coordinate client implementation activities to ensure alignment with established timelines and outcomes.
  • Provide strategic advice on financial solutions to help clients optimize cash flow and liquidity management.
  • Analyze client and industry data to develop customized strategies for optimizing working capital.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations, or risk management within a corporate or banking environment.
  • Proven experience in Treasury and Payment Solutions.
  • Proven experience in Commercial Banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and data analysis reporting.
