Treasury & Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasting.
• Execute and monitor working capital facilities such as CC, OD, guarantees, and letters of credit.
• Ensure strict compliance with FEMA, ECB, and banking regulations for A1 & A2 category payments.
• Coordinate with banks regarding foreign remittances, regulatory documentation, and relationship management.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice validation, vendor master maintenance, and timely payments.
• Ensure statutory compliance for vendor payments, including TDS and GST.
• Support month-end closing activities, including AP provisions, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for treasury and AP-related audits.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional experience in treasury and accounts payable.
• Strong practical understanding of banking products, foreign remittances, and FEMA & ECB frameworks.
• Proven experience with AP practices, vendor management, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and major ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred).
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to cash-flow tracking.
