Treasury Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process payments for the region and its subsidiaries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and report as part of the standalone closing process
• Update weekly cash position reports and manage expected cash inflows and outflows
• Issue monthly cash flow reports and update cashflow forecasts
• Issue, renew, and manage bank guarantees and bonds for projects
• Handle communication with banking and financing partners
• Maintain reports for regional debt facilities and working capital
• Support month-end closing processes

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an alternative qualification
• Proven experience as a Treasury Accountant
• Experience managing bank account opening processes and KYC requirements
• Proficiency in cash reporting, cash flow forecasting, and cash management tools
• Experience with bank guarantees and trade finance
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA)
