Tray Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Fabricate cable trays including ladder type, perforated type, and accessories
• Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and assembly of tray components
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and material schedules
• Mark out materials accurately as per dimensions and specifications
• Assemble tray sections, joints, bends, tees, reducers, and fittings
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality of fabricated items
• Work with materials such as GI sheets, MS sheets, and aluminum
• Coordinate with site installation team for fabrication requirements
• Maintain fabrication tools, machinery, and workshop cleanliness
• Follow quality standards and minimize material wastage
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures in workshop and site environment

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in HVAC / MEP fabrication works
• ITI or relevant educational background
• Strong experience in metal fabrication (cable trays / MEP works)
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately
• Basic welding/fitting knowledge (TIG/MIG/arc welding advantage)
• Good understanding of measurements, angles, and alignment
• Physically fit for workshop and site conditions
