Traveling Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee fast-paced commercial and industrial construction projects, specifically Tesla Service Centers and Amazon Fulfillment Centers
• Maintain jobsite safety and coordinate subcontractors
• Drive project schedules and manage inspections
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client standards
• Manage jobsite logistics and field operations

Requirements

• Experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and sequencing
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Arizona, Utah, and surrounding regional markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
• Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience
• Experience with sitework, concrete, structural steel, MEP coordination, fire/life safety, paving, and final turnover
• Experience with repeat-client or standardized construction program projects
