About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee fast-paced commercial and industrial construction projects, specifically Tesla Service Centers and Amazon Fulfillment Centers
- Maintain jobsite safety and coordinate subcontractors
- Drive project schedules and manage inspections
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client standards
- Manage jobsite logistics and field operations
Requirements
- Experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and sequencing
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Arizona, Utah, and surrounding regional markets
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
- Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience
- Experience with sitework, concrete, structural steel, MEP coordination, fire/life safety, paving, and final turnover
- Experience with repeat-client or standardized construction program projects
