About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term coverage in assigned neurology territories across the U.S.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives through execution of approved selling strategies.
- Develop and implement dynamic territory business plans based on market conditions and opportunity analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within vacant territories.
- Engage healthcare professionals, including neurologists and ALS center staff, in meaningful clinical dialogue.
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as Medical Science Directors and Patient Access teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and operational compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage all administrative duties including travel scheduling, CRM logging, and expense reporting.
- Travel 100% of the time to support various territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proficiency in Veeva, Concur, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel 100%.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of Neurology or rare disease experience.
- Experience supporting established neurology or CNS products.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze key performance metrics.
