Traveling Lead Associate Chiropractor

Responsibilities

• Provide chiropractic services including diagnosing, treating (HVLA/diversified adjusting), and supervising active rehab
• Perform exams, reports, and film/x-ray interpretations
• Review health histories and provide treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient and team member records
• Assist in training Chiropractic Technicians
• Develop positive patient and community relationships to exceed office goals
• Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and company policies
• Participate in internal and external marketing activities to promote the brand
• Work towards attaining CBP (Chiropractic Bio Physics) certification

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited university/college of Chiropractic
• Chiropractic License in the state of Washington, or intent to receive licensure
• Ability to encourage accountability among team members and patients
• Strong goal-setting and achievement skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
