Traveling Crushing Foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete crushing projects from start to finish
• Handle field activities including crew management and equipment maintenance
• Interpret material testing procedures and gradations
• Coordinate crusher equipment mobilization with the Superintendent
• Schedule daily resources and establish efficient work schedules
• Maintain subcontractor work tickets and ensure accuracy
• Submit time, receipts, JSA, and safety/equipment checklists
• Ensure compliance with company, local, and federal safety and environmental guidelines
• Maintain positive company image through professional conduct and communication

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years of previous related experience
• Extensive knowledge of aggregate-related equipment use, maintenance, and repair
• Extensive knowledge of MSHA and OSHA requirements and procedures
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional construction certifications or training
