Traveling Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage the property to the approved operating budget
• Oversee the lease-up of properties
• Collect rent and manage delinquency
• Temporarily fill vacancies in Community Manager roles as needed
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone
• Provide training for team members and conduct weekly team meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
• Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects
• Travel up to 90% within Utah and occasionally out of state

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management experience in student housing or multifamily property management
• Experience managing a budget and P&L ownership
• Ability to use Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based management software
• Previous client interface experience
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under stressful conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software
