Travel to Expense (T2E) – Expense Operations

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end travel settlements in line with Bosch business travel and non-travel expense policies
• Verify travel claims and employee expenses for policy compliance and accuracy
• Perform accounting and posting of travel expenses by passing Journal Entries in SAP FI
• Process employee reimbursements accurately and within agreed turnaround times
• Account for and clear travel-related invoices including airfare, hotel, and visa
• Resolve employee queries and service requests through ESM tools
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, and international stakeholders
• Maintain documentation to support audit, compliance, and internal controls

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Finance Operations, or Accounting
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI (Journal Entries, invoice posting, clearing)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
• Experience with ESM/ticketing tools and SLA-driven service management
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with agile ways of working
