About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the team's GMV and drive consistent achievement of monthly booking targets while maintaining individual sales targets
- Coach Destination Experts through daily pipeline reviews to remove conversion blockers and improve sales effectiveness
- Monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and sales productivity to identify trends and drive data-backed improvements
- Partner with Destination Strategists to translate insights into actionable sales playbooks
- Collaborate with Operations to proactively prevent customer escalations and ensure a seamless booking experience
- Enable the team with deep destination knowledge to confidently advise customers and close bookings
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in travel sales with a proven track record in high-value holiday packages
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian destinations, including Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Maldives, and Singapore
- Strong consultative selling, pipeline management, and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
