Travel Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to assist guests in planning holidays via phone, email, and webchat
• Offer personalized travel solutions and package options based on guest needs and product knowledge
• Act as a product ambassador by providing detailed information regarding various tourism experiences
• Work towards and achieve individual and team KPIs
• Learn and master internal booking systems and product offerings through an initial onboarding period

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload
• Must be able to provide a current National Police Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role
• Familiarity with travel reservation systems
