Travel Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Convert warm, inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns into holiday sales (no cold calling)
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing expert travel advice and destination knowledge
• Work towards hitting and exceeding sales targets to maximize earning potential
• Act as a brand ambassador, building rapport and trust with customers to solve their queries
• Collaborate with the German-based team while reporting to the UK Offline Sales division

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing service or sales experience (retail, leisure, hospitality, or travel backgrounds are welcome)
• A genuine passion for the travel industry and holiday destinations
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales and work effectively toward targets
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse demographics
• Self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet customer demand
