Travel Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide omni-channel customer service via chat, telephone, and in-person interactions.
• Advise customers on travel options to create unforgettable travel experiences.
• Market travel packages and manage quotes with a focus on effective sales closing.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a professional personal presentation and high commercial energy.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales.
• Availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday.
• Proactive attitude with a strong orientation toward results.

• Previous experience in the tourism industry.
• Experience working in a call center or commercial sector.
• Strong communication skills across multiple digital and verbal channels.
