About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist local travelers with international business travel including hotel, flight, and transportation bookings
- Manage travel arrangements for H&M store openings and rebuilding projects across CZ, SK, HU, and RO
- Handle invoice management and cost settlement for travel and office orders
- Update colleagues on office routines and information flows
- Liaise with service providers and the Business Tech Department
- Manage telephone lines, mailboxes, and meeting setups
- Arrange office events such as monthly meetings and team days
- Manage office supply stock and documentation workflows
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Hospitality, or Business
- Fluency in English and Czech (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
