Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding, verification, entry and management of supplier details
• Ensure the accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV’s database
• Collaborate with sales agents to answer inquiries and resolve booking discrepancies
• Manage content updates including itinerary descriptions and terms & conditions
• Work with suppliers and internal departments to troubleshoot operational issues and system errors
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to verify data accuracy
• Manage special projects aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel product setup, travel agency operations, or inventory management
• Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Workspace proficiency
• Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) or CRS/CMS tools is highly valued
• Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
