Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for assigned destinations, from identifying market opportunities to defining digital merchandising strategy
• Build strong partnerships with global providers through strategic sourcing and negotiation
• Use internal and external data to iterate and improve the product portfolio
• Pivot strategies based on real-time performance, seasonality, and global travel shifts
• Monitor the on-the-ground experience to ensure itineraries meet high standards of excellence

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the online travel industry
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience in contracting land products
• Existing travel network and product portfolio
• Fluency in English
• High flexibility and a driven, coachable spirit
