Travel Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on BSP/ARC reconciliation and debit/credit memo dispute management.
• Build and execute processes for accurate and timely reconciliation of ARC & BSP accounts worldwide.
• Ensure strict adherence to BSP/IAR regulatory standards and timely submission of required reports.
• Establish internal controls and operational redundancies to safeguard settlement workflows.
• Analyze reconciliation variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align reconciliation processes and data reporting needs.
• Set and monitor team KPIs/OKRs to ensure high-quality outputs and operational efficiency.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance scalability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in BSP/ARC and Debit/Credit memo processes.
• Hands-on proficiency with GDS platforms such as Sabre or Amadeus.
• Proficiency with NDC and various reconciliation systems.
• Proven experience in leadership, managing teams, and driving process efficiencies.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies and manage risk.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize collections.
