Travel Operations Analyst - GDS Hotel Rating

Responsibilities

• Ensure all negotiated hotel rates and requirements are accurately and promptly loaded into GDS systems and the Navan platform
• Create and maintain customer rate access codes in Sabre, Amadeus, Salesforce, and internal tools
• Manage hotel chain customer tables in Sabre and Amadeus to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify rate accuracy across GDS and Navan tools
• Manage and resolve service requests and bug cases raised in JIRA
• Collaborate with hotel partners, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve rate loading errors or pricing discrepancies
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding customer-negotiated fares and contract rates

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on GDS experience, specifically with Sabre and Amadeus
• Strong understanding of rate access codes and hotel chain configurations
• Experience working with both ARC and BSP points of sale
• Familiarity with hotel brands, families, and industry rate management practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross-team collaboration
