About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their homes to conduct Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits
- Focus on preventive care and building meaningful patient relationships
- Support seniors and families through unrushed home visits
- Document all visits using modern EMR tools
Requirements
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
- CMA, RMA, or equivalent Medical Assistant credential
- 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to travel daily to patient homes within Alabama and nearby states
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
- Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
