Responsibilities
- Manage and control the application of the client's Travel Policy rules and best practices
- Manage partnerships with Travel market suppliers, specifically in relation to travel agencies
- Monitor the correct application of agreements
- Manage travel-related procedures and tools to drive traveler engagement
- Provide recommendations to help the client adapt to Travel market evolutions
- Handle travel and expense management
- Manage disputes and implement measures to prevent recurrence
- Monitor payment methods
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- Lead specific purchasing categories including contracting, renewals, renegotiations, benchmarking, and performance monitoring
Requirements
- Previous experience in Travel Management or professional travel (travel agencies, publishers, airlines, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and manage priorities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
