Travel Event Operations & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event execution and operations across a portfolio of concurrent events, including logistics, timelines, and on-site delivery.
• Manage event budgets, expense reconciliation, and contingency planning to ensure commercial viability.
• Oversee supplier and venue management, including vendor negotiation and relationship building.
• Support the expansion of the event portfolio through the delivery of regional and cluster events to drive member engagement.
• Develop premium member experiences, workshops, and exclusive access opportunities.
• Collect and analyze event data, such as attendance and ROI, to support reporting and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable event systems, templates, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, travel, tourism, or membership organizations.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent events from planning through to post-event evaluation.
• Strong vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
