Responsibilities

• Welcome hotel guests and provide professional assistance
• Promote and sell Beno's services including yacht charters, water sports, car rentals, desert safaris, and airport transfers
• Understand guests' preferences and recommend personalized experiences
• Handle bookings, reservations, and payment processing accurately
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and daily sales activities
• Ensure the travel desk reflects Beno's premium brand image

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, concierge, or hotel guest services
• Previous experience in a hotel travel desk, concierge desk, DMC, or travel agency preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, French, German, Chinese, or Spanish are an advantage
• Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury hotel environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of Dubai's attractions and tourism offerings preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems
