About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and complete complex travel arrangements including air, hotel, rail, and car rentals
- Ensure all reservations are built according to specific client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations to enhance the traveler experience
- Resolve moderately complex travel problems involving non-standard destinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares
- Assist with department-related projects such as clean-ups, startups, or closeouts as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of travel industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background
- Proficiency in GDS, with Sabre skills preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dedicated travel support roles
- Proficiency in a second language
