Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and related logistics
• Create detailed travel itineraries for employees and clients, including schedules and special requests
• Track and manage travel expenses to ensure alignment with company budgets and policies
• Build and maintain relationships with travel service providers to secure favorable rates and negotiate contracts
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and guidelines
• Assist in obtaining necessary visas, passports, and other travel-related documentation for international travel
• Provide emergency assistance and support to travelers during disruptions
• Generate reports on travel expenses and patterns for management review
• Assist with general office needs in the Orlando location

Requirements

• Equivalent work experience in travel coordination or a similar administrative role
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and related software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with travel regulations, visas, and documentation
• Negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
