About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end international flight and accommodation bookings
- Manage travel changes, cancellations, and queries as an escalation point
- Identify automation and innovation opportunities within travel booking processes
- Liaise with travel vendors to negotiate rates and terms
- Manage travel policy documentation and ensure global alignment
- Prepare periodic reporting on travel activity, volumes, and trends
- Provide administrative support for Traineeship, Intern, and L&D programmes
- Assist with internal event coordination and budget tracking
- Provide front office cover and ad-hoc project support
Requirements
- Experience in corporate travel coordination, travel agency, or executive assistant roles
- Strong working knowledge of travel booking platforms and processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Interest in process improvement and automation
