Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services
• Promote and sell long-haul destinations and luxury cruises to VIP clients
• Design and deliver customized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budget
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific details
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Fluency in English, French, and Darija (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
