Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Foster long-term client relationships through professional and courteous engagement
• Curate and deliver bespoke leisure travel experiences tailored to client budgets and expectations
• Support clients throughout the entire booking journey, from initial inquiry to trip completion
• Manage multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in Office 365 and at least one GDS system
• Experience with Hotel BedBanks and DMC interactions
• Proficiency in CRM software and online booking platforms
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain resilience under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and operations at a travel agency or tour operator
• Specialization in customized international holidays, including air travel and visa facilitation
• Fluency in written and spoken English
