Responsibilities
- Provide expert travel and holiday consultation to B2C clients
- Manage end-to-end holiday bookings and travel arrangements
- Drive sales within the B2C division to meet company targets
- Lead and mentor team members (for Team Leader applicants)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in travel or sales
- Proven track record in a B2C sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite in Business Bay, Dubai
