Travel Consultant - Global Visas

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized visa consulting services and manage the end-to-end tourist visa application process.
• Handle electronic document collection, online application submissions, and follow-up with embassies or consulates.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through expert advice and ongoing support.
• Educate clients on visa processes, timelines, and requirements to ensure they are fully informed.
• Maintain a sales-driven mindset to achieve targets while providing exceptional service.
• Stay updated on changing visa regulations and utilize digital tools for efficient document management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa consulting or related tourist visa processing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Advanced fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to work onsite in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
