Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations
• Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets to earn commission on every sale
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, and travel insurance
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers for both domestic and international travel
• Manage multiple communication channels including in-store, phone, and email in a fast-paced environment
• Use booking systems and supplier tools to accurately quote, upsell, and manage travel itineraries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, target-driven role
• Strong communication skills with confidence selling in person and over the phone
• High attention to detail and proficiency with complex computer systems
• International travel experience
• High school diploma or higher
• Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
