Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages with accuracy
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver outstanding service across walk-in, email, and phone enquiries
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
• Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend the perfect cruise

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience with exposure to sales targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High level of motivation and organisation
• Previous travel or cruise experience and GDS experience (preferred but not essential)
