Travel Consultant (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Manage the sale of all Japan Experience products to B2B clients
• Create high-quality, original, and tailored travel offers that meet the specific needs of travel agencies
• Formulate and present proposals, using strong argumentation to close sales and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Collaborate closely with the operational team to ensure complete follow-up and management of all client files

Requirements

• Bac +4/5 degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism reservations
• Essential firsthand knowledge of Japan through previous travel
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in IT tools and digital environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work in a team, manage stress, and meet strict deadlines
• High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail
