Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, and cancellations
- Coordinate with airlines to secure the best available fares and routes
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets and maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an IATA Travel Agency
- Sound knowledge of fare construction, reissues, and refunds
- Proficiency with GDS systems, specifically Amadeus or Galileo
- Hands-on experience working with NDC systems
- Valid IATA Certification
- Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
