About the role
Responsibilities
- Screen, enroll, and monitor clinical research study subjects while ensuring strict protocol and regulatory compliance.
- Manage study preparation, including reviewing protocols, assessing logistical feasibility, and assisting with recruitment and marketing materials.
- Oversee study management tasks such as maintaining source documents, managing investigational product accountability, and collecting biological specimens.
- Coordinate patient visits, including obtaining informed consent, administering questionnaires, and performing clinical procedures like blood draws and ECGs.
- Ensure accurate documentation by recording data in real-time, managing EDC/CTMS entries, and resolving data management queries.
- Maintain professional relationships with study participants, sponsors, CROs, and investigators.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- 3-4 years of Clinical Research experience.
- 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, GDP, and ALCOA-C+.
- Proficiency with EDC and CTMS systems (e.g., CRIO, MediData, Oracle).
- Willingness to travel nationwide approximately 75% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate rental vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in nursing, pharmacy, or a related science.
- RN or LPN licensure.
- Research Professional Certification (CRCC) or eligibility.
