Travel Agent

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on travel options through omnichannel channels including chat, phone, and in-person at the Pilar store.
• Market tourism packages and manage quotes with a focus on effective sales closing.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and a proactive commercial attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales.
• Availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with two days off during the week.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the tourism industry.
• Experience working in a call center or commercial environment.
