Travel Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and quotes to customers at the sales module for global travel packages.
• Sell a variety of services including hotels, flights, tourist attractions, tours, transfers, and amusement parks.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful sales closures.

Requirements

• Strong sales profile with a high level of customer focus.
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is preferred, though recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Querétaro within a shopping mall schedule (shifts between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm).

• Base salary of $10,800 MXN gross per month (includes 15% grocery vouchers).
