Travel Agent

Responsibilities

• Customize holiday packages and create cruise itineraries based on client preferences.
• Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and chat services.
• Handle inquiries, reservations, itinerary changes, and payments.
• Provide recommendations for destinations, travel dates, and costs.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and cruise lines to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Use booking systems and software to manage travel plans and secure holidays.

Requirements

• German language proficiency (B2 or higher) in both speaking and writing.
• English language proficiency (B2 or higher) in both speaking and writing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is recommended but not mandatory.
