Travel Agency Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support to travel agencies, tour operators, and sector companies.
• Manage reservations and flight services through technological intermediary platforms.
• Utilize SABRE or AMADEUS systems to facilitate hotel, transfer, and tour bookings.
• Resolve complex inquiries and provide high-quality solutions for travel service requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Advanced or expert proficiency in SABRE (Native) and/or AMADEUS.
• Proven experience in agency customer service and reservations.
• Conversational or advanced English language skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Proactive attitude and strong customer orientation.
