About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized support to travel agencies, tour operators, and sector companies through the HotelDo business line.
- Manage reservations and flight services using professional booking systems.
- Act as a technological intermediary to facilitate access to hotels, transfers, tours, and other tourism services.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with a proactive and client-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in SABRE (Native) and/or advanced Amadeus.
- Proven experience in agency service, reservations, and flight management.
- Conversational or advanced English skills.
- Full availability to work rotating shifts.
