Travel Agency Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
• Manage and lead a team of travel agents, coordinators, and support staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and mentorship
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, managing escalations, and improving service delivery
• Analyze and streamline operational workflows, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor the quality of travel itineraries and services to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
• Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies
• Prepare regular reports on team performance (KPIs), client feedback, and operational metrics for senior management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
• Advanced experience in issuance, re-issuance, cancellation and refund of Airfare Ticket through Amadeus
• Advanced experience in CRM softwares
• Familiarity with international travel regulations and industry standards
• Experience in hotel bookings, ground transportation, and travel packages
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
