Travel Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in French for inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, transfer, and package bookings, including changes and cancellations
• Advise customers on travel requirements, visas, insurance, and destination information
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell ancillary services such as upgrades and travel insurance
• Manage booking systems and third-party supplier platforms accurately
• Handle complex itineraries and resolve service disruptions with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM and reservation systems
• Meet individual and team KPIs for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native or C2 level French (spoken and written)
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• 1–2 years of experience in travel customer service, reservations, or a related role preferred
• Familiarity with GDS or online booking tools is an advantage
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Eligible to work in Portugal and able to commute to the Lisbon office
