Travel Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Generate manual and batch invoices for client settlements
• Download agent billing reports and identify variances between GL and BSP reports
• Research, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and missing invoices
• Manage credit card feed operations, including payments, refunds, and EFT transactions
• Create provisions and process write-offs for account management
• Perform account reconciliation for bank and credit card accounts and manage working fund control
• Process AP settlements and business travel payments, including uploading journal entries to NetSuite
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and support monthly close activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial operations experience
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting systems
• Fluent in both English and Thai with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
