About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Meetings & Events (M&E) travel program by driving program adoption and operational excellence for global clients.
  • Manage a team responsible for air charter and attendee logistics, including flight assignments and manifest accuracy.
  • Develop and implement program adoption strategies, including training sessions and communication campaigns.
  • Utilize AI and data analytics to identify process improvements and achieve annual cost savings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between M&E, travel teams, air charter providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee real-time operational changes such as cancellations, substitutions, and last-minute flight adjustments.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team through regular feedback and performance management.
  • Generate detailed reporting on attendee movement, flight utilization, and team productivity metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, events coordination, or operations management.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in travel, logistics, or events management, ideally in high-volume environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for process optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale or sophisticated event operations.
  • Knowledge of travel management systems and platforms.
  • Background in cost optimization or aviation/air charter logistics.
