About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and structure international transport processes
- Map existing routes, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with carriers, depots, hubs, and internal departments
- Monitor performance, agreements, costs, and quality
- Improve processes regarding planning, operations, and communication
- Contribute to scalability and further professionalization
Requirements
- Experience in transport, logistics, or operations
- Experience with transport processes (parcel logistics, distribution, or e-commerce preferred)
- Understanding of planning, carrier management, KPIs, and operational processes
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
