Transportation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to staff, including coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers
• Manage driver scheduling processes, payroll data, and load completions via TMW
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure maximum utilization of the fleet
• Manage employee relations, including onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations including OSHA and DOT
• Draft and submit daily end-of-shift reports and coordinate customer invoicing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field OR 1-5 years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TMW and People Net
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Working knowledge of transportation and mechanical equipment
